Our reservation management system
We are completely independent and do not belong to any central
reservations agency.
To improve the management
of the reservations, we have created a special module, better
suited to our customers’ expectations.
Our primary
concern is to improve the service and ensure our customers
obtain maximum satisfaction. Apart from our installations,
of which we are very proud and which offer top quality facilities,
we have decided to make available to our customers a private
area (access by secret code). In this space, customers will
be able to manage their current reservations (in particular
e-mail exchanges) and consult previous bookings (dates, rates
and e-mail exchanged).
1/ Your administrative information.
With our system you won’t have to fill in a long
form for each new reservation; you just need to fill it in
once. When you have entered the administrative information
(Name, First name, Address, etc.) in our database, this information
will be stored there and you can change any items whenever
necessary.
2/ Choosing your rental
Your customer account makes it easy to send in your
rental request. This operation just takes a few seconds:
- A drop-down menu shows a list of the gîtes
- The start date of your stay
- The end date of your stay
- The number of persons
- Your observations and/or any specific questions
If you don’t yet have a customer
account, once your booking request is sent to our
data base, your customer account is created, you will receive
a message containing the account codes (identifiers) enabling
you to logon to your customer account and consult the progress
of your reservation.
