Sauna : Conditions for use
The number of people is limited to a maximum of 5 persons.
The owner shall determine the open periods for the sauna.
There is a charge for using the sauna (see the site “Rates” page) and a sauna session lasts about 40 minutes.
Smoking and consuming alcohol in the sauna is strictly forbidden.
Children are not allowed to use the sauna unless they are accompanied by their parents.

The Sauna is intended for people in good health and able to support very hot temperatures. 10 minutes is sufficient for relaxation.
Contraindications :

How to use the sauna

  • You must take a shower before entering the sauna cabin. Clean skin is important in maintaining hygiene in the cabin.
  • You should wait for at least 2 hours after a meal and not drink any alcohol. You should drink water or juice after a session
  • Enter the rest area and undress (keep a towel around your waist if you do not with to be completely naked, but avoid tight-fitting swimsuits as this could hinder blood circulation). Remember to take off your watch, chains and bracelets and any other jewellery
  • When you enter the cabin, don’t forget to take a towel to place on the bench and sit on.
  • From time to time, throw a ladle of water on the hot stones; you will feel waves of warmth all over your body and after 2 to 3 minutes your body with be sweating heavily
  • The first session in the cabin usually lasts about 5 to 8 minutes.
  • Leave the cabin and take a cold shower, rinse your skin quickly and return to the rest room.
  • Here you can relax in your bathrobe and drink water. After about ten minutes of relaxation you can start a second sauna session in the cabin of some 6 à 10 minutes.
  • Thereafter, you can have a third session after the second relaxation period if you feel like it
